Packaging and Delivery

Postage & Packaging

All items are posted via the Royal Mail with the exception of canvas artwork. Please refer to ‘Delivery’ below for further information.

Prints – all prints are wrapped and packaged in a protective postal tube, stamped with the Matt Cockayne logo.

Canvas – all canvas art is wrapped in protective bubble and delivered directly to your door via DPD.

T-shirts – all T-shirts are packaged in a cellophane back and shipped directly to you in a mailer bag.

Phone cases – all phone cases are packed in a cellophane sleeve and shipped directly to you in a polly envelope. 

Mugs – each mug is individually wrapped and packaged in a protective polystyrene foam mug mailing box.

Gift vouchers – each gift voucher is delivered to you in a card backed envelope with a unique shopper code to use when using the voucher.

Delivery

All items are delivered via the Royal Mail with the exception of canvas artwork. This needs to be collected from the Matt Cockayne studio. Shipping can be arranged at an additional cost. To discuss this, or arrange collection, please contact Matt at studio@matt-cockayne.co.uk

Please note the turnaround time from placing your order to receiving your artwork is 5-7 working days.
